zetes is gifted with psychometry, known as manual retrocognition disorder in his verse! he is able to "read" an object's history through physical contact, gaining knowledge about its use and its users over the course of its life. events that involved the object directly and people who had a strong connection to the object are usually the most clear. this history usually manifests like a series of implanted memories to zetes; he will both see images in his head and experience any attached feelings (usually short-term, occasionally they stick around). typically, zetes uses suppressants to better control this ability.

he also has some bizarre luck, but that might just be a fluke rather than an ability. listen, he's not questioning it.
